a) CONSULTANCY

  1.  Provide bespoke and tailor made ‘a to z’ Technical & Commercial solutions & services to Shipowners and investors to acquire, employ & manage their shipping assets who have exposure to the cyclic shipping markets but are looking to employ 3rdparty expertise and experience to assess, audit or cover a particular project.
  2. Assisting with Shipyard evaluation, Contract negotiation, Ship Finance, Technical & Commercial Management of purchased ship.

 

b) REPRESENTATION

1.     Ship Asset Owner (Pure Ship Owner/Bank/Period Charterer etc) representation:

  • > To represent Ship Owner’s interests (macro & micro management of Ships under management with 3rd party Ship Managers) per exclusive ‘Mandate Agreement’ with the Company.
  • > Low Retainership Fee, at less than 50% of the cost of hiring a full time representative. No insurance cost for Owners.
  • > Local representation allowing focused supervision.
  • > No hindrance to quality assurance output even with *travel restrictions.
  • Value add service – one ship inspection per Year, involving total of 5 days (travel & inspection days) on behalf of Owners, free of cost (except travel, hotel, meals & agency cost which to be as per actuals).

2.     Product Manufacturer/Maker or Service Company representation:

  • > To represent a product Manufacturing Company / Makers as Distributor partners and agents.
  • > Represent and act as Mandate or Facilitator introducing the principal Company to the buyers of product/services.
  • > Standard rates of commission, Low retainership fee and payment of running operational expenses on need be basis.
  • > Arrange contracts, increase market visibility, after sales services as per the terms of agreement.
  • > Ensure value add impact to the Company through continuous understanding of company’s values and ethos always working as a trusted partner.
